GOOD JOB EVERYONE for trials today! whoohoo c div and b div alike.
whyyyy is it that only joy chua shin yi and i are the few people aching from the ri tramp! now that ain't fair! are we that OLD? hahahah chua and i had to roll around like turtles in attempt to soothe our aching backs (but we got a free massage from teo :) thank goodness for muscle ache cream!
so yeah ha everyone better take care and WATCH YOUR STEP. we don't want anyone falling over and spraining/injuring/scraping/breaking and ankles or knees or whatever!
and i know the ri gym people watched my routine =/ darn.
i like the ri coach! though he's way more picky than teo on things like arms. yeahha i think we'd all get scolded and drilled till our hands are SUPER straight when we get to rj. and he only speaks in chinese which is BAD for me, being almost monolingual. so i just smile and pretend i understand most of what he says x)
anyway just a reminder to the c div to LAND PROPERLY for FIVE SECONDS. FIVEE. don't go deducting unnecessary marks for things like that. 0.1 per second!
